Redwire and EnduroSat Sign MOU to Expand Resilient Space Infrastructure Across the U.S. and Europe

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (October 7, 2026) – Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW), a global leader in space and defence technology solutions, and Endurosat, a space company building standardized, software-flexible satellites and a streamlined constellations-as-a-service model, today announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The MOU aims to strengthen Europe’s space industrial capabilities by combining EnduroSat’s high-volume spacecraft manufacturing with Redwire’s cutting-edge power systems and heritage as a prime contractor for significant European space missions.  

Together, the companies intend to expand access to complementary European space technologies and pursue new opportunities to serve customers across the U.S. and Europe while meeting an increasingly global demand for resilient space infrastructure in applications ranging from space domain awareness, space-based Earth intelligence, positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and orbital computing.
