We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will help us in bringing the team to the next level.
Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle and onboarding for engineering, operational and business roles
- Create unique search strategies, identify, source, and engage top space engineering talents
- In charge of candidates sourcing, headhunting, managing employee referrals and organically incoming CVs
- Proactively sourcing through various channels, including own network and in collaboration with third parties
- Conduct pre-screening and support the squad leads in the interviewing process
- Support all candidates in the recruitment process from application to offer, provide on-time feedback to the non-selected ones
- Propose and implement relevant employer branding initiatives and campaigns to support the candidate pipeline
Essential requirements
- Bachelors or Master degree
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, ATS)
- Hands-on recruitment experience in space or deep tech industry
- Outstanding interviewing skills
- Hands-on experience with a range of sourcing techniques
- Great knowledge and experience with LinkedIn recruitment tools
- Ability to influence and negotiate
Requirements considered an advantage
- Experience in tech or engineering companies, ideally with focus on satellite engineering
- Experience in scale-ups
